I have the right to reject any order for any reason.

Full payment up front through PayPal only.

PayPal taxes are charged extra.

I will only start after the invoice is payed.

Note that there's no physical item delivery.

I will draw in my own Style.

Commission completion time varies from weeks to months depending on my availability and the commission's complexity.

Completed artwork(s) will be delivered as .PNG in their original resolution.

The content and price may be changed without prior notice, but the changes would not affect the ongoing requests.

I don't draw everything exactly like on the reference sheet or the pose reference you will provide me. I can change slight details, if I feel it will look better in my style or in that pose.

Any major changes can only be done during the sketching stage (pose, composition, etc). I will only accept minor changes during the rendering stage.

Major revision or exceeding the limits will be subjected to additional charges.

Minor revisions (color changes, expression changes, minor elements tweaks) will be analyzed on a per-case basis, but are generally ok, within reason.

Revisions or exceeding the limits will be subjected to additional charges. However, this does not imply acceptance of criticism or revisions without limitations.

I retain all copyrights over the commissioned artwork.

You may not claim my work as your own.

Please use the commission only for your personal use.

Commercial use +50% of the price.

I retain the rights to publish commissioned pieces in my personal portfolio, social media, or other publication media unless requested otherwise.

Client does not hold the right to use my works for anything related to AI image generators, NFTs, and cryptocurrency.

You may alter the commissioned artwork even without my consent ONLY if you do not claim the original your own (adding filters to use it as an avatar or for a site's banner is totally ok for example).

Credit not necessary but appreciated.

No refunds after agreeing and paying the invoice. You should consult everything before making the payment to avoid problems. Make sure you really want to get a commission.

Client can cancel the commission any time if the invoice hasn't been paid.

If for whatever reason I am unable to start your commission, you will receive a full refund.

In the event that a commission is canceled in the middle of progress, you will receive a refund equal to 50% of its initial price.

If you are getting a refund, do not request a Paypal chargeback. I will transfer the money back to you myself.
